Atlantium's management team is made up of professionals from a variety of backgrounds who bring with them experience and perspectives that contribute to building a solid, focused and successful company.


Yoni Glickman
Chief Executive Officer

Appointed as CEO in June 2009, Yoni Glickman brings the acumen acquired in close to two decades of leadership positions in the international business arena to his new role. Until joining Atlantium, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Fine Ingredients division at Frutarom, a $500M+ public company specializing in flavors and fragrances - among the top ten companies in the field selling to the F&B, pharmaceutical, food supplement and cosmetic industries. Previously, Yoni held several positions at Hanita Coatings which develops and sells coated and metalized plastic films for a range of applications in energy conservation, digital printing and security; starting out in 1991 as regional sales manager, he progressed to VP Sales and Marketing and ultimately served as CEO.

Yoni has served on the Boards of Directors of a wide range of companies in the food and beverage, flexible packaging and security industries. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Amos Ron
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Atlantium in August 2008, Amos was CFO and COO at Medical Compression Systems (D.B.N), an Israeli company traded on the TASE. He has more than 20 years experience at Israeli and multinational companies and has held CFO, COO, Site Director, Supply Chain Management and Product Marketing positions in the Medical Device, Bio-Pharm, Chemical and Textile industries.

Amos has led efforts such as a successful IPO on the TASE, ISO 9002 implementation, large scale CAPEX and IT projects, cost reduction, capacity extension through efficiency increases, lead-time reduction, quality improvement projects, and more.

Amos holds an M.Sc. (Honors) in Chemical Technology Management from Hebrew University, a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Empire State College (Jerusalem Branch) and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Hebrew University.

Ytzhak Rozenberg
Vice President of Research and Development

One of Atlantium's veterans, Ytzhak was instrumental in moving the technology from concept to the product phase. This included recognizing the importance of providing customers with a disinfection solution that responds to their needs. Ytzhak has vast experience in leading multidisciplinary R&D teams and transforming optics-based technologies into products in the bio-medical, military and industrial consumer goods fields. Prior to joining Atlantium, he was acting VP for Research and Development at Lumenis, responsible for all medical applications and played a major role in founding and establishing the company's first spin-off, OpusDent.

Yitzhak holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel.

Uri Levy, Ph.D.
Vice President for Physics and Electro-Optics

Uri has managed the development of electro-optics products for over 20 years, from specifications and conceptual designs through market introduction. Starting his research career at Bell Labs in the US, he returned to Israel to hold executive positions at major technology companies.  As VP of the Process R&D department at Indigo, Uri headed the development of the electronic color printing process, and as VP Optical Networking at LaserComm, he directed work on integrating dispersion compensation modules into broadband fiber-optic communication networks.

Uri holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He earned his M.Sc. in Holography and Ph.D., with distinction, in Optical Fibers, both from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel.

Phyllis Butler Posy
Vice President for Strategic and Regulatory Affairs

Phyllis has been designing, validating and implementing user-friendly systems for several decades. In her current position, she works with strategic clients to update their UV standards and educates the market on Atlantium's technological innovations. She has served on the IUVA Board of Directors since 2006 and on committees of several other professional associations.  In Phyllis's previous positions, she obtained Chinese government approval for a new rice seed hybridization technology, produced and directed financial TV programs, designed user-centered systems for testing attack helicopters, business-to-business internet exchanges, supply chain management, and for U.S. Internal Revenue Service communications.

Phyllis holds a B.A. in pre-med from Stern College for Women and an M.Sc. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
