Yes, extended warranties are available. For more information, please contact your Atlantium POC.

The warranty is for one (1) year following installation or eighteen (18) month following shipment, whichever comes first (see our T&C)

Atlantium does not provide on-site installation; however, HOD UV systems must be installed according to the installation guidelines. For any questions, please contact your Atlantium POC. System commissioning must be performed by an Atlantium technical representative.

Commissioning includes system inspection, component checks, calibration, functionality testing, and training.

Atlantium can deliver spare parts within 24-48 hours in North America and 24-72 hours for other regions, subject to third-party shipping delays. However, we recommend storing essential consumables on-site to avoid downtime.

The HOD UV system’s consumable parts include extra lamps, O-rings, connectors, and RO sleeves, all which are recommended to be stored on-site based on system’s requirements. For North American customers, Atlantium stores spare parts in Chicago, with most shipments being domestic. Other regions: In every region where we have operating systems, there is a storage facility for Atlantium spare parts. For support, contact: support@atlantium.com.

Atlantium systems last for many years, provided they are maintained according to instructions and only authorized spare parts are used. Specific parts may need to be replaced based on usage and maintenance.
